How much boost on 91 octane

I run about 12 psi with just an upper pulley and stock blower now. How much boost would be expected with 2.4 pulley port eaton, & ati 15%.

Was planing on having on a 2.4 pulley, ported eaton and a ati 15% lower in the future but can a 91 octane tune support this set up? I will also be running stock cats and exhaust.

Depends a lot on timing as well.

15+lbs of boost, run low timing for the street
I currently run 12lbs of boost and running 19 degrees on my street tune, but if I were to up the boost, I'd drop the timing (for the street).

With 91 octane, it's never really 91 octane... and you could get bad gas... so I'd recommend keeping the timing low

Im at 17# with the VMP TVS and 91 octane. no idea what the timing is set at but no problems so far

It's all in the tune. Good shops will tune on the safe side. If it is a 91 tune they will adjust timing accordingly with some room to spare.
