Ive been around 10psi 465/425 for about 10/13k miles and I'll admit I beat the car, I take care of it very well, but when I drive it I have fun. LOL Im pretty much always in boost. I think a good tune has a lot to do, but dont be stupid. And I agree I think around 450 is a good stopping point on power with the stock internals.

For a root style supercharger 450 rwhp on stock engine is more than enough but on a centrifugal supercharger you can go a little more that is why 500 rwhp on stock engine running a centrifugal supercharger and not dogging the car all the time it will work.
No. I believe the teksid's stopped at some point in '01 before switching to Windsor blocks.
ive seen a few machs pushing around 475 with no problems. im at 430 and plan on going to about 460, with my stock bottom end.
How many miles on the car since you got the tune.? is it auto or 5spd.? who tuned it?
