i wondering how big of a shot of nitrous i could run on a stock short block, i have a 6lb lower pulley right now, i wouldnt be asking my question if my old built razors edge short block would of held up, but it was built like crap, so i couldnt afford a another built engine, so i have a stock one now

It can handle a 75 shot with a good tune. Theres a guy Rob02 at the F150online site thats running that setup.

If you can't afford another built motor, I wouldn't use a 6lb'er with nitrous. I would swap that 6lb for a 4lb, and throw a 50-75 shot at it. But like they say, "it's all in the tune." Get a safe tune and you might be ok with the 6lb'er:shrug:

Same here, it's all in the tune.
