How much pinion angle for s/a swap

I need some info. Iam doing a s/a swap on my 04 cobra and wanting to do adjustable control arms. Does anyone know what to set the pinion angle at. Any help would be greatly appericated.

ive always heard between -1 and -5 is ok ... -4 being the preferred angle

generally you want -1.5 to -2.0 degrees pinion angle, anything over 4 degrees your most likely going to get driveline vibration.
I currently run -3.5 degrees on my car and have no issues, but my focus is to be set up more for the track then the street.
