How to adjust my 97 gt headlights???

My Headlights are aiming way to high and the driver side light is aiming to the left.I have stock headlights
I been trying to adjust them but cant find how:shrug:.Can you guys help..Thanks

Thats good to know I tried to have the lights on my 97 done at an official headlight aligning station one time and they said it tood a special tool and I would have to go through Ford. Thanks for the info.:beer:
