How to care for 04 Cobra cloth top?

Any tips or how to's? Its a black cloth top..

when used properly, the water can bead up and fall off just like a nicely waxed metail surface.

Sucks I just spent 8hrs detailing the car & figured I'd do the top last... Now I have to get the car wet rinsing off the cleaner off the top... Wtf !!!!
