How to install 99-01 Cobra Tail Lights

I got a pair of 99-01 Cobra tail lights and I want to put them on my GT. I know a ton of splicing is needed, but what needs to be done in order to successfully install them so they work?

No 99-01 tail lights have the super duper special amber turn signal so that makes are light superior in very way to the regular 99-04 tail lights......
