I'll resize it for you. You have to wait until you get at least 35 posts before you can use a custom avatar. Copy this resized pic to your computer. When you reach 35 posts click user cp, then edit options. Scroll to the bottom and it should say use custom avatar. Browse for the file on your computer and upload it. There is a size limitation of 125X125 and 20000 bytes.
