How to rip flash movies from YouTube/Streetfire?

Hey guys...there are a few videos I want to rip from the aforementioned websites so I can host them for download on my site. Any programs that are easy to use and recommended?

for youtube do a search for a program called Vdownloader. Extract it to a folder and just run the program. It will ask you to supply a link. Should download automatically and convert to AVI.

This was by the far the easiest...and it will save me a ton of work now that I won't have to involve youtube in subpoenaing tapes...

Now...how do I find the link to use from streetfire.net? YouTube is easy enough...but streetfire changed their layout and I can't seem to find a direct link to put into the program for it to download?
