How to tell if yours Cats have plugged.

Group, I have a 2011 Roush with 2.3 TVS. I know when I got the car, it had a really bad tune up to 6,000 miles. Has good tune now, but I am worried that the stock cats may have suffered.
Is there a best way to determine catalytic convertor efficiency?
Torque pro app show they run around 1300 and up to 1500+ degrees when jumping on it.

If one is clogged it usually will glow when it gets hot do to the restriction. But the best way to know is to drop them and look inside.
