HP, TQ numbers upper 2.4 vs lower pulley

Can anyone compare the HP and TQ number for the upper 2.4 pulley and either the 10 or 15% lower pulleys. Some are showing approx 700 RWHP for the upper pulley. Some are showing 725 RWHP for the 15% lower. What are the TQ numbers?? What do the power curves look like? Is the max TQ and HP at the same RPM for both pulleys? Is one method more street able over the other?

They both do the same thing. More boost. One may provide a little more boost than the other which would explain why one would make more hp/tq.
