HydroBoost Leak

I have noticed a weep of a leak from one of the boosters front seal (metal seal with slits). Bellow is a pic of the seal that is leaking. Can I safely limp around with this leak until the part comes in? Anyone had similar issue, and any tips on the install?

Any info is gladly appreciated.

no tips on the install because i haven't pulled mine yet out either, but mine has been leaking for a pretty long time and it hasn't affected the power braking ability, so i would say you are ok there.

mine is leaking inside the cabin at the brake pedal. i plan on just replacing it with a generic parts store unit.

i am going to try to do it without cracking open any brake lines, but i am not sure if it can be done. post up details when you do it! i will too.

Thanks for the reply. I been limping around with the leak. I'll be picking up the part today. Also,haven't been able to find a removal/install thread anywhere. If anyone has one please post, that will really help.
