I Have A Problem With The Billetflow ThrottleBody. (High Idle And Sticky Throttle)

I just installed the Billetflow Throttlebody and drove it around to test it.

2 things seem to be not working right.

1. First, the pedal seems "sticky," especially in the 1-2K rpms. If I press down on the pedal, first it will not move, but if I press a little harder then it will suddently move. IE, it is sticky, not smooth like before.

2. Second, the idle is high. It stays at about 1.5K rpms and sometimes might go as high as 2K.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct these problems?

Thanks.

run car to normal operating temperature

turn car off

back off throttle adjustment screw so that the blade is completely shut

start car

vacuum will suck the blade open

screw in the screw to meet the stop for the blade

turn another 1/4 turn

turn off car

start car

give it some time to find it's idle...

if it still gives you problems: disconnect battery... let it sit... honk the horn, turn the lights on for a second to drain any juice in the system, tweak the rearview mirror

reconnect battery

drive the car through a few drive cycles

don't run over the neighbor's cat

What kind of bit do I need to turn the adjustment screw?

I used a wrench and put a bunch of different bits on (In Inches) and none of them fit in there. I am not sure if it is bc I was using Inches bits or bc there is such a small gap between the screw in there and that metal stuff surrounding it.
