yeah i have no love for that, but where i am from the front plate is mandatory by law, so the car comes delivered with it already drilled into the bumper

It was $300. Done at The Art Of Tint in St. Albans at the intersection of Rt. 35 and Rt. 60. They did a great job. It looks like it was painted.
