It was a friend of my father in laws. He bought the car brand new in August of 1987 and has kept record of every single maintinence item that he has done, I have a book showing everything down to the blinker bulb replacements! I believe that I could drive it another 100,000 miles with no issues. The car sat for TWO years almost and after we trailored back to my home, threw a new battery in it, cranked it about 3 times to get the oil pressure up and spread some over the engine the started with no drama whatsoever. After it warmed up there was a bit of smoke but I was amazed. The car drives like a champ. Cold air, heat works great and the stero (with the factory EQ) is probly better then the one in my Cobra.

I dont know what I am going to do with it yet but hopefully sometime in the future there will be a nice restoration. The paint is horrible but the interior looks perfect considering its 23 years old and has 450k on it.

Many, Many pics...

wow cant believe someone kept every single record and maintenance for 450,000 miles+

It absolutely blew my mind. It also blows my mind that the car has that many miles on it and has never had a valve cover off. Stock tranny, everything.

that is awesome. Must have forgot "wax" paint was part of keeping up a car.

I think im gonna strap it on a dyno down the street just for fun!

The previous owner said it just like this... "yeah I didn't wash it really... don't know, just didn't"

Being a non clearcoat car doesnt help either. I think it's pretty cool though. Slap a 150 shot on it!
