Can someone please measure the distance from the center of their rear wheel cap to the edge of the wheel well, preferably using a string so the distance is exact?

I'm upgrading to some 00R springs/shocks in the rear of my 03 Cobra and I'm curious as to how much lower it is going to be.

I certainly appreciate it.

15-1/4" from the center of the R cap to bottom edge of the fender lip. Is that where you wanted it measured from? The rolled edge of the quarter panel right?

Thanks guys. I measured from the denter of the wheel cap, straight up until I touched paint. Hope that makes sense.

Mine measuers 16 1/8th from center of cap to paint.

Wayne,

That is exactly where I measured mine. So, the R is close to 1" lower than a stock car, which makes perfect sense, given the aftermarket suspension setup.
