I still Just can't figure it out

When I have my slicks on I can not punch it. The truck acts like it is hitting the rev limiter (but it's not even at 3,000 RPM) Then when I take the slicks off the only way to fix it is to re-install my tune. I tried changing the tire revs per mile,(from 733 to 720) as a member suggested didn't work any other suggestions? Oh the Slicks measure 28/10/16R

no I just use the stock predator tunes, my truck is back to stock (i Broke my 6# lower pulley but it did it with the 6# and stock pulley tunes.) But when I put the slicks on is the only problem

my guess is that the load diffeence, causes boost to come in diferently and its running lean or pinging, my wide band seems to show a full number leaner diference on the slicks over street tires street tires 10to1 vs 11to1 slicks and yes i know i need a dyno tune as its way too rich. lol
