Welcome aboard! and good luck with your search/quest for R ownership.

The 2000 R is one bad a$$ machine! It is not perfect, but with some time, energy and a few dollars (besides what you spend on purchasing the car, that is..) - you will have yourself one pretty darned good road race car. It has loads of power and torque and with a few modifications, the suspension is great!

You just missed out on one from a fellow board member in San Antonio. He just sold it to a dealer over there, I think? I think they had (and might still have?) it listed on eBay?? Have you checked eBay yet?

You can expect to shell out somewhere between high 40's to mid 50's for one, depending on area of the country and how desperate the seller is.
