Hey guys!
I'm sick of not hooking up enough in 1st and 2nd and this time i decided to go the whole jackpot.
I live in Israel and we don't have drag tracks here. I am looking for something which will hook AMAZING on the street and will even last more than 1000 miles.

My 5.0 with the VMP S/C is a real beast and I can't get it to hook well at all on the street.
Right now i have in the front: 255/35/20 NT555 and in the rear: 315/35/20 NT05R (with more than 1500 miles on them).

WHEELS:
I decided to get rear wheels of 15x10" because as I understand (correct me if i'm wrong) i can get the most hook from this size.
I'm really debating between
1. SVE DRAG WHEEL 15X10 DARK STAINLESS (189$ @ https://lmr.com/item/SVE-10071653DH/Mustang-SVE-Drag-Wheel-15X10-Dark-Stainless-05-14)
AND between:
2. Race Star Dark Star Wheel 15"x10" (268$ @ http://www.cjponyparts.com/race-sta...chrome-direct-drill-15x10-2005-2014/p/W514-V/).

* Because of their price, i'm leaning towards the SVE - Is there any pros to get the Race Stars over them??

TIRES:
From what I understand, MT are much better for hooking so I have some options, please help me decide and why:
1. MT ET Street S/S - 295/55R15 (http://www.mickeythompsontires.com/strip.php?item=ETStreetSS)
2. MT ET Street S/S - 275/60R15
3. MT ET Street R - 325/50R15 (http://www.mickeythompsontires.com/strip.php?item=ETStreetR)
4. MT ET Street R - 275/50R15

* Whats the difference between the R and the SS? Which is better for my needs (GREAT TRACTION and Last pretty long due to a street use)?

** OR should I skip the 15" and just replace my current 20" to MT ET S/S 305/30/20?

BTW,
If you have any other options, please feel free to suggest.

Thank you guys, really appreciate it!

I would picked the ET street SS since the others will cause the rear end to sway at higher speeds.

Which size of the SS would you prefer?
295/55/15 or 275/60/15? And why?

What do you think about the wheels?

Thanks!!

I have an auto with 3.15.
Why is relocating the sway bar is mandatory?

I have the unilug racestars. If you go with racestars get the direct drilled and don't use the racestar lug nuts they are way too soft! Get the Mcgard ones. The SVE wheels use the stock lug nuts which is nice, but they dont offer a 15x8. Its not a big deal to do the sway bar relocation to fit the 10s though

Yeah ok I saw the relocation kit and I can surly add it.
But I still didn't understand which is the best tire for me (with 15x10)?

Thanks

With an auto, you'll want to stick close to the stock tire height. A 275/50/15 is a good height for an auto, but if I was you, I would try the MT 20's. A few have ran 10's in 1/4 mile with that tire.

Both the 295/55/15 and 275/60/15 will work great on a 15x10 wheel. The 295/55 is a tad wider and a tad shorter (27.8" tall) vs the 275/60 (28.0" tall). If you don't want to use the sway bar relocation brackets I would do the 275/60 on a 15x8 wheel. The 15x10 wheel is ideal for the 275/60 but it will work on a 15x8 just fine.

A 50 series tire is a shorter tire and it will help make his gearing lower and increase his acceleration

Vert thanks for the ref!
Because I'm still learning it I allow my self to ask:
How taller tire is better than a wider one?

Guys so,
Shall I go with 275/60 with 15x8 / 15x10 with relocation
Or the 295/55 (not 50) on 15x10

Uh no. Its a 27.8" tall tire. Uh ask me how i know. Uh google. Uh experience.

Uh wrong again, straight from MT website. Difference is 1.8". The 275/50 is 26.4 and the 60 is 28.2
