Idle problems

Why does my lightning sound like it has a cam in it when it idles sometimes. The truck only has 23k miles and gets about 500 miles put on it a year, would that have something to do with. :shrug:

do you have lifters? i'm having idle problems w/ my stang so i'm just trying to figure things out..

ck the idle air motor mounted on the side of the throttle body to see if it is stuck also could have a bad throttle position sensor hope this helps :coolman:
