need some answers from some of you guys who've already been thru it. i bought the e kit from rpm outlet-yes i know what you're thinking-and i'm having a couple probems.
#1. idle is dragging on the way back down. does this even when warmed up, bad with the stock tune and worse with the sct sf3. i ordered an x3 but they sent me an sf3 and i'm trying to make due. car surges when i try to hold it at a steady rpm (2000 in town cruising). any ideas? checked the voltage at the tps and yes the gasket at the t-body to air intake is facing up.
#2. the throttle cable seems to be about a half inch too long with this t-body and intake tube. i measured and the tube itself is a good 1/4 inch shorter than the stock one and the pedal feel has definitely been affected. what's the easiest way to adjust the throttle cable?
i'm not ruling out that these may just be the same problem and when i get the cable adjusted it may help with the "surge" and idle "drag". thanks for the help.
