Idler pulley...help

My buddy finally got around to putting his 2.8 pulley on, but there seems to be a problem. He has the billet flow idler pulley set ( 2 100 mm 1 90 mm) and the belt will not fit. He has the Gatorback 4080735 and it seems to be about an inch too short, we have checked the numbers 100 times and they are correct. The belt will fit on the stock idlers but not the billet flow. The funny thing is that I am running the same set up with the same belt my belt fits tightly but it does fit. Any suggestions.

you need a 4080745 not 735 the 735 is for no idlers. cobra bob had a listing of belt sizes my buddy just put the BF set up and he used the 745.
