IMRC code please read!

So I've been reading all night and haven't found a case similar to mine...

P1516 code. I've never cleaned them. It'll get done soon. However, it's also throwing a lean bank 2 code, and an evap trouble code. ALSO!!!!! It's making this hissing sound. Like an air line. But in the engine bay it sounds more like a whine. And has stalled twice while driving, like in between down shifts.

I've checked all my vacuum lines, all in good condition.

Help?

Clean your IMRCs, and do a smoke test on your vacuum and exhaust as well as your evap system. You can't see air leaks and you often can't find them with traditional methods such as brake cleaner or propane.
