in need of a tune??

Hey... Ive got -An alumin flywheel, Mag o/r X-pipe(no MIL's yet),Bassani CatBack. jlt cai and that IAC restrictor mod.... jus wondering if maybe being untuned with those mods would make my car bog when i "rev" it sometimes, and/or (?) when its up in about 5k rpm the power just shut off completely sometimes,....as in i have to feather the gas to get the power..... oh..dont know if this has anything to do with it...but the fuel pump has been kinda loud as of lately... (btw it is a 96 Cobra) ... thank you
