in scranton area, looking for dragstrip

working in dickson city for a few months looking for any dragstrips in the area. i know there is the poconos raceway but , i beleve its a nascar track. i do plan to check out the cup race there. im from new orleans so the area is all new to me :beer:

Pocono race way is just that, a NASCAR track. I dont believe there are any local drag strips up that way.

if you dont mind an hour drive there's Island Dragway in the woods of Jersey.

Friday nite is good times... just the ricers are only issue

Numidia raceway, look it up, it will be about an hour drive for you. Good track especially for friday night races. very few ricers, unlike NJ. Island raceway is OK but NJ has all the ricers I work there so I am not just bashing, I see it alot

Let me know if you need a friend to go to Numidia with, I go every now and then for friday night street races

Dickson city? I'm up there a few times a week. You'll have to meet up with a few of us. Plenty of cobras in the area. Closest track is either Island or Numidia.
