Infamous head tick?

I have an 03 mach engine in my 04 GT and as of recently this is what happened to it... This is not my vehicle but sounds exactly the same with no loss of oil pressure and no loss of power.

My other question, is it repairable?

notorious head tick... it was a issue found on the early 03 model engines i believe. Ford didn't even recall the issue.. cheap ass bastards can't even fix something they fouled up on.

that seem extremely loud to be the head tick. Mine is ticking now, and im pulling my head of tomorrow night.
