Injector fitment issue with TVS vs Whipple?

Just brainstorming here. I understand that it is an issue trying to fit larger than 72lb injectors with a Whipple 2.9. Just wondering if that is the case for a TVS as well? I assume that it is not an issue for the larger Whipple blowers.

You shouldn't have an issue with the 72's these are basically a modified OEM injector so they're the same size as the one's you have on the car right now.... You should be fine with the 72's. Now if you decide to go with either the 60's or 80's those are actually a taller size than the OEM injectors. Hope this helps.....

You will max out the efficiency range of the blower (Whipple 2.9 or TVS) before you will max out the 72 lb injector. My 72 lb injectors were at 87% duty cycle at just under 800 rwhp on a Mustang Dyno and the blower was maxed out as power started to level off. As far as the taller injectors, there should not be any problem with them fitting with the Whipple 3.4 or 4.0.
