Getting ready to put new clutch in. Transmission is out, so I decided to take a picture to see what you all thought of the shaft. I am guessing this is normal wear for 107k miles. Let me know if this is an issue. At the moment I will not be upgrading to 26 spline.

What are you worried about the right most end? That seems normal to me, for comparison here's one that was giving me trouble had way less mileage.

You can see the splines are no longer straight and parallel (worst in person) had heavy clutch feel and noise while depressing the clutch. If your clutch feel was good and looks OK I'd use it.

What are the symptoms of a bad input shaft? I have trouble getting into gear once the car warms up at dead stops. On cold start it shifts great. 15-20 min later it gets tough. No grinding just tough to push in gear. Mainly 1st. I read it might be the input shaft. Does that sound correct? I read that it required a tranny rebuild. Can I just replace the input shaft alone?
