Inspection...

So... I just reflashed my 00' GT for a new gear ratio, i was planning to go for an inspection but have driven the car mayb 5 miles post flash. No CELS or nething before the flash...

Do i need to get some miles on it first?

What's involved in the inspection? If they plug into the computer you might need to complete a drive cycle to get rid of the P1000 code.
