I like it. In my opinion the street manners penalty is exaggerated somewhat by many who probably haven't ever been in a car with a Detroit locker before. If you can't tolerate a Detroit on the street, sell your Mustang as you've gone soft ;)

On a more serious review, there are a number of situations where the car seems to have A LOT more available traction than it used to. There were times that the rear of the car felt funny during wheelspin maneuvers, and the Detroit completely got rid of all the weirdness.

Get an s-trac. You'll need 35 spline axles though. Like a trutrac but with preload and twice the side gears. Made with better metal in america by strange. Serial numbered and rebuildable. Doesn't have the wierd unlocking in corners.

I have no problems with traction.
