Drove 10 miles after installing to see if it would get any oil dribble. Was full throttle less than 1/2mile outa the 10 and theres already a significant amount of oil.

Truck has 2007 miles on the clock.

why is it that these trucks have so much blow by?is it really nesasary?

That's not blow by. What is happening is there is a large volume of air moving through the plenum, and the oil is literally sucked from the valve cover into the plenum through the tube, which some people call the "straw effect".

looks just like mine, clean it out, 1 day later its back to the same way, never seen it more than that though

So if you leave it for weeks it stays the same? That doesn't make much sense..

It does collect a bunch at first. Possibly whats in the hoses
Mine was the same way. It should slow down a bunch as you drive more.

I guess it could be what was collected in the hose sitting on top of the PCV valve. That's what my friend suggested anyways..
