I tested it at 2k then set it at 7k.

When I do the leds in the cluster I will turn the mounting bracket around so I can run the wire behind the the bevel. It should be hidden then.

Not sure what brand it is, it doesn't have any markings on it. Got it from a friend, who never used it and he doesn't know either. Probably some ebay junk. It works great though. Also, its more accurate than the stock tach. Very bright and will match the leds in the cluster.

Seems annoying and repetitive, I would have just got a rapter shift light. To each their own though, glad you like it.

It was free and very easy to install. At 4 this morning it was kinda bright. If it ends up getting annoying I can just pull it out or move it somewhere that isnt directly in front of me.
