Installed today Innovators west 10% and have broken Belt and TVS snout separated

hi, i recently install the IW 10% balancer with my TVS with 2.4 pulley ,but today the belt was broken and i take a picture of the Snout and is a little separated ,what can be the cause of this??the idler seems good.i will send you a pics ,why is the Hub out ??thanks for your help.

unbolt the upper pulley and see if you can reseat the hub. Looks like the fitment may be too lose.

thanks black ,I talk to Justin from vmp and told me there was a redisgn hub for the tvs and he will send me a new hub and installation kit,wish It will solve my problem,

I hate reading the words "redesign". Which pulleys does this impact? I have the VMP24-2013 VMP 2.4" pulley for 2013 Shelby GT500 from August of 2012.

mine did with 10%iw ud pulley and the 2.4 pulley ,thanks
