Installing a BMR k-member (and Kooks full lengths) this weekend...

It looks like you have plenty going on, but another thing to look at is the wiring harness near the bottom of the passenger side header. I was lucky enough to catch mine and tie it back before it cooked through.

No I put the k-member in first without putting the arms on first. Exactly how it mentions in the instructions. Guess I should followed the how to on that part instead but it's not a huge pain to take the rack back out.

If it makes you feel any better, I have zero rubbing with the shaft.

Also, idk if it's coincidence or what. But after I put my headers on, I didn't use that heat tape on the ac line. But my ac won't blow cold air long anymore. It'll work for like 10 mins then blow out hot air. Don't know if that's why or what

put one can of r-134 in a/c and that will fix it.

I know it's an unpleasant question, but has anyone gotten into a significant front end accident with one of these? Curious as to if and how it affects the way the car crumples or where the engine gets pushed in a collision.
