I'm definitely not ripped. Here are some better daylight pics with 17" FR500sYou must be one ripped dude or I may need revaluate a few things lol
These guys and their 3-4 hits to get it out... it took me wayyy more effort than anticipated too but just keep going, or maybe a heavier hammer? I used a copper hammer and smaller regular one but eventually got themGuess I'll start doing some arm/chest exercises and try to man up... I beat on it with a hammer using a bolt threaded in for a solid 10 minutes and it moved maybe 1mm.
Man that's a giant rotor. Any idea on the weight from OEM to new?Got one side of the 13.25" Baer rear rotor upgrade installed to help balance out the bias. I need to have the wheel rebalanced, because the glue on weights on the inside hit the banjo bolt.
Naturally my alternator went out so I won't be able to give feedback until I get it replaced under warranty.

I did a test fit of the XTS calipers this weekend so I can answer that for you.
Stock Cobra Brakes with stock 17" 03/04 Cobra wheel:

14" GT500 rotor with XTS Brembo caliper

The GT500 brakes are HUGE behind that 18" Saleen wheel. The calipers BARELY clear the barrel and do touch the face of the rotor though I have not milled the ears down 2mm yet. Placement of wheel weight may need to be......creative.
I would use lowrangers kit as it makes this brake upgrade fairly easy. I will be doing the "milling" myself as I have the tools. All I have to say is WOW! I'm sold now I'm definitely going with XTS setup!
Do you think it needs to be milled or are you just going to use what was provided with low rangers kit?

The rotor surface is narrower than stock? How is that going to work since you are using the factory caliper?
