I really need to upgrade the cobra brakes. Stock setup isn't cutting it anymore.

I'm still debating on if I want to go this route or something else like wilwood. It's a good mod, mine with the upgraded rears are pretty impressive.
While it's nice to have a setup that's engineered for your car, I always favor replacement parts availability over anything else. The ATS set up can be found everywhere for years to come.I'm still debating on if I want to go this route or something else like wilwood.

It would be pretty cool to get two Terminators, one with the ATS brakes and another with the 00R brakes and do some back to back testing.
BTW, got around to finally painting my calipers. Also painting my rear 43's to match.
I'm converting my Fox to hydroboost, so looks like i'll finally get myself into the ATS game after all. Just hoping my new wheels clear without a spacer (I think they will)

Basecoat, apply decal, clearcoat. could prob use a wetsand, but i'm not going to go that crazy here.
what kind of paint?
@Mustang5L5 info on the hydroboost setup. like what size MC, pedal assembly, etc.
So this looks to be the only option for those who feel the ATS/43 setup leaves them with a pedal a bit softer than ideal

It 1 1/8” vs the stock 1.062” (1 1/16”) MC
Gent on FB posted up that he is using it and it feels good. I don’t have details on brake line install for it however. Ports are 3/8-24 inverted flare, while the stock MC uses bubble flare (and difference sizes depending on ABS or not)
Bolt size is an M10-1.0.
It looks like the Dorman 14100 is an M10-1.0 that is 27.5mm (1.08") long. With my Russell banjo block and a couple of copper crush washers, I should get about 0.5" of engagement in to the caliper. I have no idea if that is good or not. The threads on the caliper are about 1.0" deep.
Doesn't look like these come with crush washers. Looks like Dorman 66250 crush washers will work.
