Installing Clunk Washers. Quesiton

Hi. I ordered JDM Clunk washers to see if i can finally fix that naughty old-truck like sound. :cuss:

I just want to know if anybody has pictures of install of these washers (not necessary this exact washers).

I just need to know exactly in wish part should i install it. :shrug:

I have heard is on the lower control arm. But i am not quite sure which one is that. :read:
