I am installing a new set of springs on my car, but I have never done so without doing shocks also. Can I just compress the spring and take it out without removing anything else? Please LMK as I am ripping into it now.
Thanks
John

John, you are going to have to remove a few things to get to them. I dont remember exactly what. But i tried to do it the easy way as well. I picked up a case of beer and just started taking things apart to get the arms to lower as much as possible. Edit. i found the same exact write up to do my springs. its for a 99 but the 03 is the same. Use this http://www.lx.net/jlynch/kbspring.htm

Thanks for that excellent write up. I'll give it a shot now. I searched for a while for something like that.

no problem, its easy and also a pain in the ass. I had no help either except for some cold ones that made it go faster. Anyway good luck man. Take before and after measurements like i did.
