Metco MIC0003 instant center brackets for 99-04 SRA cars. Never got around to installing them on my old SRA car. $70 takes them
OEM 99-04 mustang with a SRA have an antisquat around 75%. An anti-squat of less than 100% means the wheels pull up into the chassis upon acceleration, causing the car to squat. This is why a stock suspension geometry Mustang is prone spinning and hopping on launches. At the hit, the tire first grabs, causing the chassis to squat, which then unloads the tire causing it to either spin through the 60' or hop. Lowering the rear control arm attachment point at the axle with these brackets results in over 100% anti-squat, possibly more depending on your ride height, resulting in far superior tracking off the line. Gains of minus .10-.20 sec. off your 60' are typical with no other changes whatsoever.
