How many of you guys clean your Roush or Whipple intercooler out? I'm debating to tackle the job, just didn't know what others are seeing once it's apart

Are you referring to the internal passages or the external fins and tubes? and are you referring to the IC or the heat exchanger? I have had my HE out plenty of times for various reasons. And I use a garden hose to wash out the insect bodies etc that gather on the front face. I have never removed the blower just to clean the IC, so I can't comment on that one.
