is there any special procedure? Is it easy to burp or a bitch like the radiater? Also is the cap on the intercooler the same PSI rating as radiater? They are MGW caps and i got them mixed haha. Thanks in advance.

Yep, pull the relay and jumper it as shown there. Simple, worked great for me.
IIRC the caps are not the same PSI, my intercooler tank cap has two [part] numbers on the inside of it whereas my radiator cap only has one (on the inside). I/C cap is 7 psi (maybe 10), not sure what radiator cap is as mine is covered with an "Evans" sticker (I think 15). Obviously guessed at those numbers but with some confidence
