Intercooler Pump Gone to Cobra Heaven??

i disagree.

take a hot skillet off the stove, and run it under water. which cools it off sooner - lots and lots of water cascading over it, or less water, but staying on the skillet longer? total flow is what matters. get as much flow as you can.

gt500, lightning and cobra use the same pump.

You have that correct, but I am not talking about heat being carried away from the intercooler. I am talking about the fact that it will be in the heat exchanger for less time, and will not be able to transfer as much heat as it would if it were in the HE for even a split second longer.

Yeah some of the aftermarket ones people use , flow extremly high GPM , but not the one listed on buyfordracing.com

Who sells aftermarket IC pumps for the Cobra?

some people use Meziere pumps. They are not made specifically for the cobra though, take some small fabrication.
