Today I noticed that the coolant in the Intercooler tank is not moving. I thought It swirled when the pump was pumping. And the pump is running.(note the car has not been ran or started in a month.) Any ideas:shrug:

You may have to burp the system if it's been apart. Otherwise it sounds like you have a bad pump. Sometimes the motor fails, sometimes the electrical connector fails, sometimes the turbine fails. If it's not pumping, but the pump is running, it's gone bad most likely.

That pump has failed on both my cobras and is fairly common on others. The best deal is through Ford Racing, part# M-8501-L54, retail is $149, but you should be able to find it online for much cheaper from a Ford Racing distributor.
