So I replaced my radiator fan and had to remove the intercooler reservoir. Once I refilled the reservoir and so now flow from the intercooler. I then attempted to jump the intercooler pump but didn't hear the pump running. I also attempted to drain all the lines of air by following a burping procedure found online. I believe I checked the correct fuse and it was not blown. Anything else I could do to try to get this pump running. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If all else fails I believe I will be changing my pump here very soon and while I am at it put my new H/E in.

Where was this fuse you used to jump the pump? It's a relay you remove to jump the H/E pump located on passenger side under the air induction.
