Does the mach1 have the same internal engine parts as the 03/04 cobra. ie. crank,rods,pistons,block etc.

Nope. The 5-speed Mach had forged crank and the auto had cast. Block in both Machs are aluminium. Cobra has iron block, forged crank, forged rods, forged pistons.
