Ipod interface?

Is there anyway to interface an ipod directly into the factory nav unit? Also, I know that it is DVD based nav, will it play dvd's?

All I know is the head phone connector in the glove box. dont have a I pod to test.

Movies NO. but the 2010 will play DVD's when parked and I think have the full Ipod conections.

Do a search for (Nav TV). There is a guy in boca fl. that wants to use my car to create the system but I havent had time.
