been through it today.. dropped it from the rear bolts slightly to access the UCA´s and cleaned everything, hit them with some GOOD penetrating fluid and lots of Mobil1 5W30. Seems to have worked, at least 70% of the noise is gone though I can still hear it. Now lets see for how long it´ll last.

Any updates,I have the same problem.
the lubing and cleaning and hitting it with full cans of penetrating oil is a temp fix.. it keeps it relatively quiet for a week or two. Right now I'm gathering all my courage to drop the IRS, get the bushings out, clean and check everything and fit grease fittings.
Thanks,Ithought mine was the urethane sfb so I drop it last week and grease them but still the same so I have to drop it again.I got my bushings from Nick years ago and luckily had access to a machine shop to rework them to make them work.I'll probably get new ones from ac427 if I have to drop it again.What kind of penetrating oil are you using?
