Greetings to all!

Are there replacement bushings to help stabilize the
center section of the IRS? I just had the rear end rebuilt
due to an internal failure and the stock bushings are letting
the center section move more than I think is needed. I had
the car on a lift and you could push up on the housing and
almost duplicate the well known Cobra "Clunk" by hand.

My dealer said that the bushings could be replaced but mine
do not look worn they just seem too soft.

It almost looks like someone could fab up a small shock to
control the center sections movement and soften the shock
when launching, this might also help reduce wheel hop.

(no clunk would be nice as well!)

Thanks in advance,
