irs oil change out

ok trying to change the rearend oil 04 cobra irs cant seem to fine the fill plug called a couple shop they said rightside plug no plug any help or web sites to look at

You will have to drop the rear, or at least the pumpkin to change it properly. I dont think its possible to remove the rear and re-seal it without it dropped out of the car. If you are just trying to do fluid, you could probably try to suck all the fluid out but you wont get all of it, and most likely any fluid with metal in it will remain at the bottom and still be in there. Stock dif cover only has 1 hole for filling, if you pull it out, buy a dif cover that has a drain hole and you wont have to drop it the next time to change it.
