Is $600 too much to pay for a 99 Teksid block?

There is one on ebay. $600 + $100 for shipping.
I thinking it's too much so I'll do the waiting game to see if no one buys, maybe he'll go down?
99 Teksid's are the strongest right? That's what I've read on here.

Yes it is. I've seen several under 400.00. I picked mine up at a pick-your-part for 125.00 + 50 core charge.
